At Personality Weight Loss, your privacy and control over personal data are a top priority. If you wish to delete your profile and all associated information, you can do so directly from the app.
How to Delete Your Data
You can initiate deletion of your data by following these steps:
- Open the Personality Weight Loss app
- Go to the Settings menu
- Select “Remove Profile”
- Confirm the deletion request when prompted
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
- All personal data associated with your profile will be deleted 30 days after your request.
- During this 30-day window, your data will remain inactive and inaccessible.
- If you log back in within those 30 days, the deletion request will be canceled, and your profile will be reactivated.
This grace period allows users to reverse accidental deletions and recover their accounts if needed.
Important Notes
- After the 30-day period, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- We may retain limited data for legal, tax, or compliance purposes where required by law.
